At Vyne Chastity, each of our products is meticulously crafted according to your specific measurements and requirements. Due to the intimate nature of our products and their custom-made characteristics, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each Vyne cage is created exclusively for you and your body's unique dimensions, making it unsuitable for resale or use by anyone else. This is why it's crucial to take accurate measurements before placing your order.

Manufacturing Defects

While we maintain the highest standards of quality control, we recognize that manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with detailed photos and a description of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we may:

• Offer repair services for the defective item
• Provide a replacement if the defect cannot be repaired
• Issue a partial refund in exceptional circumstances

Please note that normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused after receipt are not considered manufacturing defects.

Sizing Adjustments

If your custom device doesn't fit properly due to incorrect measurements, we offer a one-time adjustment service at a reduced cost. This service includes modifications to the existing device or creating a new device with corrected measurements, depending on the extent of changes needed.

To qualify for this service, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and be willing to return the original device before receiving the adjusted one.
